Icon Library

The icon library lets administrators upload custom icons that appear in the icon picker alongside the built-in set — anywhere an icon can be assigned: item types, document types, iteration types, enumeration options, and the workarea itself.

Uploading icons

Navigate to Settings → Icon Library (or the Icon Library tab in group / global configuration) and click Upload Icon.

Uploaded icons are referenced as custom:filename.svg in configurations and render wherever the configured type or option appears.

Scopes and inheritance

Icons follow the configuration hierarchy: an icon uploaded at the global or group tier is available in every workarea below it. The Icon Library tab shows your own scope’s icons (editable) and Inherited Icons (read-only — manage them at the tier that owns them).

Deleting icons

Delete an icon from the scope that owns it. Configurations that still reference a deleted icon fall back to a generic placeholder — reassign those types or options to a new icon afterwards.
